Pause's tipping cycle begin on the first of every month at 12:01 am (EST) & end at 11:59 pm (EST) on the last day of that month. Checks are delivered (signature required) within 2 weeks. You are given the opportunity to add a "gratuity" row right below hours worked within your employees pay stub, which you will be able to adjust accordingly.
You are also given authority to adjust & include the Front Desk, & maintenance up to 10% of gross.
Aida's processing fee is 2.9% + .25 cents
Front Desk & housekeeping may be inspired to smile more.
Pause is'nt compatible. It's a love hate relationship. 💔

We are happy to accommodate any pause renovation of 150 rooms or more with a remote ($39.95 )/per room, as well as a non adjustable yearly maintenance fixed fee of $189, regardless of the amount of rooms or property size. Additionally , you are given our front desk control unit & POS (point of service), Aida ($2,995) with no additional charge. (promotion expires May 2025)
(note: hotel's with front desk stations of 5 or more or an average check in of over 500 guests /day may require an additional Aida)
